You can't photograph a place that doesn't exist yet
BAYN is a beachfront community still under construction. The summer campaign needed people already living there: families in the shallows, long dinners at golden hour, someone out on the coast road at six in the morning. There was nothing to shoot. So I built it instead.
Twenty-one frames, one look
The system fixes the grade, the palette, the casting and the coastal architecture, and lets only the subject and the moment change. That's what makes a set of images read as a campaign instead of a folder. A location shoot with CGI set extension would have run eight to ten weeks and somewhere near half a million dirhams. This took a week.

Then I gave the system away
BAYN Photo Generator is a custom GPT with the whole system inside it. The interface is one line, subject then action, and the rules do the rest.
A calm future memory of coastal life already taking shape. Candid and documentary-real; explicitly not CGI and not a real-estate render.
Uploaded BAYN renders are architecture references only: spatial and material cues, never colour grade, mood, people style, lighting or emotional tone.
Keep the lower-centre clear, sand, water, grass or shadow, so the Y emblem and campaign copy drop in later in Photoshop.
"Same kids", "same but", "now" are continuity commands. It doesn't claim identity locking, only best visual continuity.
It never asks clarifying questions and never returns a prompt. It makes a strong creative assumption and generates.
No Dubai skyline. No neon aqua water. No orange sunset filters. No stock-photo smiles. Never make the homes the hero unless asked.

The campaign was 21 images. The capability does not run out. It ran across social and picked up organic shares, including from the chairman.
Generated imagery. No real residents are depicted; architecture follows the approved masterplan.
